A 12-month scheme allowing most taxis to use bus lanes in Belfast - including new Glider lanes will not now go ahead for the foreseeable future.
The scheme would have allowed Class A, private hire taxis to use the lanes.
The Department for Infrastructure has said that any decision to allow taxis in bus lanes is a decision that needs to be made by a Minister.
I have been speaking to Green Party councillor Aine Groogan and Taxi driver Ken Kelly.
