The Animatrix

After being forced to ingest odd blue pills, the staff of Apocalypse Video become increasingly suspicious that they are caught inside a computer simulation of Chad's making.

He may keep the store alive with power, and he may have enabled us to make good on our promise to deliver the lost art of cinema back to the wasteland...but truth be told, we're becoming more and more suspicious of Chad's true intentions. Lately, he's been forcing us to take these weird blue pills, claiming that they will calm us down and reduce the anxiety of living in a post apocalypse, but I for one think something more sinister is at play -- something...Matrix-y.

Wait...I think Chad may have hacked this line -- So, anyway, we're talkin' about The Animatrix this week!! Another completely normal episode. Nothing out of the ordinary here!!!

Listen as we discuss the gnarly imagery of "The Second Renaissance"; we debate whether Agents or a particular snobby school teacher are to blame for the death of a student; and finally, a sexy fight scene gives a whole new perspective on the Animatrix's DVD cover art.

We'll be back next week...assuming we can get hold of a Red pill. This is David Snider from Sector 2...signing off.
