Superman's Bizarre Powers - 4-Panel Vol. 2, Issue 50

Season 2, Episode 50,   Sep 24, 2019, 02:11 PM

Sometimes you don’t have to look far to see just how weird comics can get, and in this episode we’re looking no further than Superman, who probably has the strangest collection of powers and abilities of any character in comics. Now relatively speaking, flight, super-strength, super-speed, heat vision, X-ray vision, cold breath and invulnerability are pretty normal for a superhero, so what we’re talking about is the really odd stuff.

Get ready for super ventriloquism, super hypnotism, super phasing through solid objects, super shape-shifting, super memory wiping kisses, super throwing symbols, super telepathy, super telekinetic vision, super imagination, and more -  and those aren’t even the weirdest powers!

After that cavalcade of strangeness, it’s time for our regular look at the things we’ve been reading, which this week are Age of X-Man: The Amazing Nightcrawler, Star Wars: Age of Rebellion - Heroes, The Ice Wanderer and Other Stories by Jiro Taniguchi, and X-Men: Grand Design - X-Tinction.
