The Christmas feature is in its 5th year now and aims to surprise 10 people in Kent over the next 2 weeks after receiving hundreds of nominations about incredible people in the county.
Rob Wills from kmfm Drivetime calls back one person nightly at 6pm and today's call was to Tamara (mum) to find out more about Luca (son) and the difficult time he has been having.
Tamara said:
"I would like to nominate my 10-year-old son Luca as he has had a very tough few years. He has Autism & speech delay & has been bullied at 2 different schools, verbally & physically. He has over come so much, it is only this school year that he has found a small group of friends. He amazes us every day by how caring & determined he can be. He is our Hero, this would help him to know he is special"
