New Decade and the End of An Era

Episode 244,   Jan 18, 2020, 02:45 AM

As the new decade rolls in, the one thing that stays the same in everyone's lives is the pop culture around them. This is especially true for the boys of Flame ON! as they gather to chit chat about pop culture as well as say farewell to their palatial Rosevear Estates recording studio!

Welcome to the year 2020! The flying cars are overhead and George Jetson is reporting for work at the sprocket factory... wait... never mind, that's not what the future looks like! It's another year chock full of pop culture goodness to talk about, and the boys of Flame ON! are here to do just that. For this historic episode, the boys are joined by Oral and Jarrod to discuss the topics that are on the tips of their tongues. Before the talk turns to this month's pop culture in the new decade, they revisit pop culture resolutions for 2019 and how well they completed them. From there the cast discusses The Witcher on Netflix, the inspirational styling of Netflix animation, the conclusion of DC Comics Doomsday Clock, the upcoming Star Trek series Picard on CBS All AccessSteven Universe Future on Cartoon Network, as well as drag in the form of Moving Parts the Trixie Mattel documentary and the new Netflix series, AJ and the Queen starring RuPaul (and a few word about her new album, You're A Winner, Baby!). Before signing off one last time from the Rosevear Estates, they also share their 1-UPs for the month!

Sit back and get ready to FLAME ON!
