forward planning helps when preparing a coffee and today I found out that flexibility is just as important! This quality made me discover a "new" version of the redchurch espresso blend from allpress ! rice milk doesn't froth as well as cows milk does, hence the micro bubbles are a bit bigger than they should be ... cause I even ran out of soya .. which I normally add a bit of ( for the protein helps with the frothing)
