Conversations with Oscar Rewind: Hacksaw Ridge

We're back again and continuing on our Oscar Rewind Series with Hacksaw Ridge. Shout out to Lulu on Letterboxd that summed up our feelings perfectly, "War is bad and so is this movie."  While the story of Desmond Doss is a miraculous one, this movie glossed over the terrible events at Okinawa, and the troubles Doss faced after his services.
