Scaling the Entrepreneurial Mountain - My Entrepreneurial Journey Part 2

Jun 24, 2020, 10:00 PM

How do you learn to lead a business? There are more books, classes and podcasts than I can count that offer to answer this question. For me, it took painful business mistakes to find my ability and voice to lead.

In this week’s podcast, episode 2 of a series where I am interviewed, I share my personal story on how I scaled a video surveillance company from 25 to 200 Million in annual revenue. Most importantly, I relive the mistakes, like how I lost a star performer and other team members to a competitor by managing from the press box. I also offer perspective on how entrepreneurs and business leaders can learn from my story.

Whether you are looking to be the best leader possible, or just want a more intimate look into my story, I hope my mistakes can be your lessons. If you do learn something, don’t forget to pay it forward by sharing, liking and subscribing.

If we can learn from your mistakes, post your story in the comments. Who knows, you could be my next guest to help others on their leadership journey.
