50 years ago Coventry Cathedral's spire was lifted into place by RAF helicopter, here is the original footage. http://t.co/P4C6P1Fx.
BBC Coventry & Warwickshire traced one of the pilots, Squadron Leader Ron Salt and brought him back to Coventry and took him up on the roof to see his work 50 years on.
