Calls for RAAD to stop after another punishment attack hours before planned rally

There has been strong condemnation after an 18-year-old man has been shot in both legs in Derry. The attack comes before a demonstration due to take place in the city tomorrow against the actions of the group Republican Action Against Drugs.
