South Wales Warriors: gearing up for the new season.

The South Wales Warriors - Wales' only senior American Football team, who are based in the Rhondda - play their first match of the season this evening. Last summer we visited them as they prepared their promotion tactics for the play-off final. Well, a 48-20 victory over the West Coast Trojans secured them a place in the first division. After recruiting 20 new players they're hours away from the new season. Today they face the Hampshire Thrashers at their home ground in Llanharen.
