Host Matt Sammon rings in 2021 with a look back at the 1991 Topps Archives, a set that paid homage to the 1953 Topps set while staying true to the original product. It wasn't the first throwback set for Topps, but it laid a foundation for future Archives, Heritage, and the Living sets.
