Episode 16. The one with Farah Nanji - entrepreneur, DJ, journalist and TEDx speaker and how she turned her challenges with dyspraxia into a gift of innovation and entrepreneurialism in two industries which rely heavily on motor coordination; music and motorsport. 

As a DJ and music producer she has played for some of the biggest brands around the world, from the United Nations to Pacha Destino in Ibiza and many of her projects have featured on Channel 4, RTL and the BBC.

She currently runs Regents Racing; a company that explores how Formula 1 can transform performance for senior leaders. The company has worked with some of the biggest brands around the world from the World Economic Forum to Aston Martin.

Farah was diagnosed with Dyspraxia in her teenage years, a developmental coordination disorder that affects 5% of the world’s population

She talks to me about how she's been able to galvanise this, creating her own unique processes to operate in the music and automotive industries which require great motor coordination. 

We also talk about mindset and the mindset misconceptions that lead to success as Farah shares what's she's both personally learned and what she's discovered having interviewed industry leaders from the world of music, motorsport and business for her Mission Makers pod cast.
