Second Shot Of The Mexican Organic Single Origin

stood in front of a shelf full of different coffees to try and experiment with, my hand was guided to the Organic Single Origin from Mexico - it simply wanted to be tested as an espresso! both shots proved to have big "Guinness effect" - the crema did of course settle down more after this photo was taken :)
