In her book Loving What Is, Katie gives us The Work — a formula that consists of four simple questions that we can apply to our problems to ultimately reach our own state of peace. 

Trying to let go of our painful thoughts never works, but once we do The Work, the thoughts will let go of us so that we can truly love what is, just as it is.
