Step Yourself Fit With Body Magic!

Anna and Clare launch their April step challenge: to walk 150,000 steps over the month. On average it works out 5,000 steps a day. Anybody can enter, any level of fitness or from any starting base. And if it's a little easy for you, then why not challenge yourself further - can you add some different terrain? Big hills? Carrying a full rucksack? As the days get lighter and the temperature becomes a little warmer - let's join together and get back to basics with our Body Magic!
