Connecticut Today with Paul Pacelli: Incom(e)ing Taxes!

"Connecticut Today" with Paul Pacelli took a hard look at something that was born 30 years ago and has annoyed many since ... the Connecticut State Income Tax. Paul invited Ken Girardin, an analyst from the Yankee Institute for Public Policy. to talk about a new study he's authored looking at the tax over three decades (0:42).
