Cooking with Claud: Cornbread

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- ½ cup oil
- 1 ½ cups creamed corn (white cream corn)
- 1 cup (polenta) corn meal
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
RECIPE:
- Combine eggs, sour cream, oil and corn in a bowl – mix well
- Stir in corn meal and baking powder – mix well
- Pour in greased 8-by-8-inch baking pan
- Bake in pre-heated 350 degrees oven for 35 minutes (check around 20 minutes to rotate pan around)
