Eastern Equatoria governor assures safety for non-governmental organizations operating in the state

The governor of Eastern Equatoria, Louis Lobong Lojore, has assured safety of all employees in non-governmental organizations in the state. This comes after several humanitarian workers were allegedly attacked by a group of youth over concerns of unjust employment. The youth had written their concerns to the state government that they were being denied employment. Governor Lobong says a committee has been formed to look into their grievances and is expected to give a report in two weeks.
He made the comments when he appeared as guest on the Nationwide program with Sani Martin.
