Cheese Fondue

INGREDIENTS:
- 5 cups of swiss and gruyere cheese shredded
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 ½ cups dry white wine
- 2/3 cup of milk
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- OPTIONAL 1 tbsp of brandy
RECIPE:
-- Shred cheese and let it sit at room temperature
-- Add flour and garlic
-- Pour wine in sauce pan and set to medium heat until bubbling
-- Before it boils, add cheese mix and whisk often
-- Then stir in milk, continue whisking (add brandy here if you choose to add)
-- Stir in mustard and nutmeg
