How often do you feel more tired than you know you should be??

Let me ask you another question...
How often do you think about a million different things that have nothing to do with what you are presently doing??

Our mind is a master at bringing us away from the present moment...

Yet the present moment is all there really is!!!

By being more in the moment we can move through the day and achieve all that we feel we want to achieve, without completely exhausting ourselves.

This requires a little bit of practice as our mind is used to running the show!

So here is a deeply nourishing practice for you to connect with a more natural state of presence in yourself.
