"Connecticut Today" with Paul Pacelli opened up a brand new week and a brand new month with a focus on the Constitution State. First, Paul spoke to Dr. Gary Rose, chairman of the department of government at Sacred Heart University, about his new book, "New England Local Government: The Case of Connecticut.” The book looks into local governments across Connecticut and some of the history behind them (0:37). Paul also chatted with Wallingford/Cheshire GOP State Representative Craig Fishbein about some of the bills being discussed in Hartford, including the "Clean Slate" bill that the House of Representatives approved (11:00).
