"Connecticut Today" with Paul Pacelli finished off the week by speaking with Tim Phelan, head of the Connecticut Retail Merchants Association, about the death of a proposed "Digital Advertising Tax" (0:59). Next, Paul had author Seth Barron on to talk about his latest book, “The Last Days of New York: A Reporter's True Tale,” about New York City during the last years of Mayor Bill de Blasio's tenure and Covid-19 (9:15). To wrap up the show, Paul spoke with Fairfield GOP State Senator Tony Hwang about a serious issue in Hartford that’s been touched on throughout the week - state legislators allegedly drinking excessively while in session (24:07).
