A young parliamentarian tells her story in politics

Yar Deng from Yirol West, Lakes State says her journey in politics has been inspired by her dad who helped to nurture her.
Yar replaces her late dad at the TLNA.
Her dad, Telar Ring Deng was nominated to the Revitalized Transitional National Assembly by SPLM-IO.
Speaking to Radio Miraya on Monday, Yar said she hopes to connect with members of her constituency in order to know what their needs are.
She called for more representation of women in a male dominated field, especially politics.
