Swedish Meatballs

MEATBALL RECIPE:
- 1lb of pork sausage
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
- 1 medium chopped onion
- milk
- salt and pepper
Mix together and roll into small meatballs. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
SAUCE RECIPE:
- Apple Jelly (1 jar)
- 1/2 cup of spicy brown mustard
- 1/2 cup of whiskey or apple juice
- 1.5 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4-5 dash of hot pepper sauce
Cook for two hours on low heat with meatballs cooked.
