Dr. Bush is a true homegrown hometown leader, and her influence has been recognized and revered nationally as the AASA (The School Superintendents Association) Women Superintendent of the Year 2021. Noreen is a bold leader that leads with incredible wisdom in community. She has sat in every “chair” of leadership and always leads with a bold culture of caring--something that is continually reflected back to her. Partnership and innovation clearly flourishes with this Cedar Rapids Superintendent.
