Bridgeport Democratic State Rep. Steve Stafstrom, chairman of the General Assembly's Judiciary Committee, talked about the state's juvenile justice system and some of the changes that might be made (16:48). Following that, Paul welcomed State Senate Minority Leader Kevin Kelly on to address a tweet from State Senate Majority Leader Bob Duff (24:40).
