The first port of call in the team’s York review is the feature of the week, the Ebor Handicap, won by Sonnyboyliston. Maddy and co dissect the result, picking out the standout runners aside from the victor. 

The team then review the key Group races from each day of the Ebor festival. How good was Mishriff’s six length Juddmonte success? Can Snowfall reach Enable’s level? A vintage Stradivarius performance but how many more will we get to see?

After analysing a plethora of high class horseracing from God's Own Country, the postcast panel head down south to assess the pair of Group 3s ran at Sandown, before crossing the channel to pick out their eyecatchers from the two Group 1 contests at Deauville.
