Definition of frenemy: a person who is or pretends to be a friend but who is also in some ways an enemy or rival.
Life’s too short to keep frenemies around!
We’ve been taught since we were kids to put on masks and play a game of being polite. If only we realized what it’s costing us and the people we love in life to keep people around that are holding us back! Energy is contagious! I was listening to someone recently who has a friend that is really toxic that allows so much negative drama in her life. She comes over to her house and replays her saga on a normal basis.

She doesn’t even respect her so-called friend and when I asked what she receives out of the “friendship” she said, “absolutely nothing”. Have you ever had people in your life that you don’t really respect or maybe even like and you call them a “friend”? Or maybe people that are holding you back because of what they allow in their life.
