Women’s role in food production

Fighting, flooding, and donor fatigue could be characterizing the current lifestyle of many South Sudanese, but some women have vowed to come out of the situation and be self-sustaining. Miraya breakfast this morning featured two female farmers who are being assisted by a non-governmental organization in contributing to the nation’s food basket.
