2. Bake at 350 degrees and cook for about 20 minutes or until flaky.
3. In a separate bowl, mix:
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- Lemon peel
4. Put dressing on the fish and continue to cook fish for 15 minutes.
5. Then broil for about 2-3 minutes or until crisped topping.
