POMM-cast Episode 14 - Elder Moon + Capricorn Season

During this season, we need the positive mindset we gained from Sagittarius with a healthy balance of Capricorn dedication. You may just be getting started on some new goals you've had in mind for the new year, or you may be trying to keep up with your health and relationships amid unexpected challenges. Whatever your circumstances, you can choose to be responsible with how you invest your energy.

Part of that is knowing when your energy needs to be restored, too. That goes for any season, but it's especially important this time of year.
