Chris leads the Diversity & Inclusion groups at eBay UK, an interest in which stemmed from growing up with a strong feeling that he wanted everyone in his life, both personal and work, to feel that they can truly express what is going on inside of them and be in an environment where they feel safe to do this, even if this means having to challenge the current orthodoxy.
