Steven explains how words contain the substance and power to change reality. “One of the most surreal premises of quantum theory, which philosophers and physicists are fascinated by, is the proof that by the very act of describing what an observer believes with words, affects the reality of what’s being observed.  All things are formed by energy, vibrating at a frequency.  The frequency, is determined by the quantum substance of belief.  Belief, contains quantum substance.  In a published study—researchers at the Weizmann Institute of Science conducted a highly controlled experiment demonstrating how a beam of electrons was affected by the act of articulating what was being observed.
