A LifeMinute with 2022 Tony Nominee Mare Winningham

After four years in the musical Girl from the North Country, Mare Winningham is up for a Tony for Lead Actress in a Musical for her performance. This is the second Tony nom for the television, film, and Broadway star. Girl from the North Country, written and directed by Conor McPherson, and featuring the music of Bob Dylan, is also up for Best Musical at the 2022 Tony Awards. 

We sat down with the two-time Primetime Emmy winner to hear all about her Tony nomination and her latest Broadway performance, as well as how she ended up being where she always wanted, in the theater, in New York.
