In this episode we chat about the Inner Winter of the menstrual cycle, or menstruation. This is the low energy point of the cycle. The dark feminine phase. We discuss how to prevent pain, how to look after yourself with self-care, your mental health, your diet, and what things you can do to bring pain levels down. The inner winter is a time of rest, renewal and surrender. When we can practice more self-care during this time, we avoid burnout, anxiety, and pain.
