Have you ever noticed its easier to remember all the bad things that happened in your day than all the good things ??
Why is it so easy to list off all the things that are going wrong than looking at the things that are going right?
Its called Negative BIAS.....
As humans we find it hard or even uncomfortable to be in the HAPPY MOMENTS
We are BIASED by nature!??
WHY??
According to psychologist our brains get highly stimulated with negative events in our life and they produce stronger reactions!
Making these negative events easier to remember and to react on.
CRAZY how one little thing can throw your whole day off...
But we can CHANGE
And one way to do that is by practicing GRATITUDE!
