Nationwide the Challenges of Relocating South Sudan Cargo from Mombasa to Nairobi freight terminal

After reports that the South Sudan Customs Division requested in a letter dated 14 April, the Kenyan Revenue Authority to transfer all South Sudans' transit cargo to Nairobi Freight Terminal.  The decision angered the business community which felt left out of the changes. “There were no consultations,” they said. Some businesses complied and others didn’t and there was tension.
