Cooking with Claud: Chocolate Meringue Pie

CRUST:

1.5 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons butter
A little bit of cinnamon
((Bake before adding the filling -- at 350 for about 15-20 minutes))

CENTER:

4 eggs divided – yolks for chocolate pudding, whites for meringue
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup corn starch
Half and half
Tablespoon of butter
1.5 teaspoons of vanilla
6 ounces of unsweetened chocolate (morsels)

MERINGUE:

(egg whites separated earlier)
1.25 teaspoon of vanilla
6 tablespoons of sugar
¼ teaspoon Cream of tartar

Baked it for 30 minutes 325 degrees
