This is a case with extremely limited information online, so Nicole gives us exclusive insight into this case. At only 5 years old Nicole witnessed her father murder her mother and her mother’s roomate. Natalie Rupe & Deborah Robbins had their lives taken that night by Paul Rupe. There are many victims in this tragic case of domestic violence.
