- Break things down. Pretty much 99% of the time put off things off not because we can’t do them, but because they overwhelm us. Put it into a step-by-step plan.
- Open a dialogue with yourself. Bring a consciousness to the way you speak to yourself. And be open and inquisitive.
- Work on your relationships. They are fundamental to our lives and it’s easier to give up when things feel fractured.
