Born and raised in Amsterdam, today we catch up with restaurant owner of WOW Ibiza, Nelleke Strijkers.
Nel started SPRMRKT - a successful design house that ran for 21 years, but as that came to a close, she packed her bags and boarded a flight to NYC.
She subsequently spent 7 years running her own photography agency and mostly spent her days hanging out in the diner in Williamsburg immersing in music, food and people, doing what she does best, Networking or it was once affectionately termed, “Nelworking”.
After 911, Nel left the Big Apple feeling traumatised and returned to Holland where she had met the father of her daughter and fallen in Love, before leaving to follow her ibiza Dream, the rest as they say is history.
