Now, she has published her new book, Leading through Loss, a practical guide that includes specific tools and actionable ideas from a collection of leaders who have had to navigate grief at work.  Margo’s compassionate, knowledgeable, and practical approach to this topic provides a valuable resource to help leaders build supportive organizations beyond offering the standard “bereavement leave.”
