5. Challenger Energy #CEG - Uruguay Update

On 27 December 2022 ANCAP, Uruguay's national energy company, announced that a further two offshore blocks in Uruguay have been awarded following competitive bids received in the Second 2022 ANCAP Open Bidding Round.

As a result of the recent awards, all but one of the available offshore exploration blocks in Uruguay have now been licenced, and, with the exception of Challenger Energy, all have been licenced to global oil and gas majors.

3. Cineworld Group #CINE - Update on Chapter 11 cases and marketing process

Following its announcement on 7 September 2022 of commencement by Cineworld and certain of its subsidiaries of chapter 11 cases in the United States, Cineworld has been in discussions with its key stakeholders to develop a proposed chapter 11 plan of reorganisation (a "Plan") that seeks to maximise value for the benefit of moviegoers and all other stakeholders. Those discussions remain ongoing.

2. Helium One Global #HE1 - Project Update

Helium One Global has been informed that the current operator of the Exalo drill rig in southern Africa has amended their contract with Exalo to allow for an extension of their operations for a period of up to twelve-months. 

The Company is reviewing a number of alternative rig options for Phase II Tanzania drilling operations and will announce an updated timeline to drilling once new arrangements have been confirmed.

1. Bidstack Group #BIDS - Azerion Update

After the close of business on 30 December 2022, Bidstack received notice from Azerion purporting to exercise an alleged right to terminate their agreement. Bidstack has taken appropriate external legal advice and has concluded that Azerion has no present entitlement to end the agreement. Bidstack now intends to claim damages for unlawful termination.
