Step out of Victimhood

Do you ever find yourself acting like a victim? When we slow down and begin observing our patterns we can start to see clearly when we are in victimhood. Years ago I was shocked when I began seeing things within myself that I had never realized. There were several times that I caught myself in a disempowering place and no longer wanted to show up that way.
