You Can Do Hard Things Series Part 2: How To Pursue Things That Feel Impossible

Season 2, Episode 27,   Mar 03, 2023, 03:00 PM

We are continuing our series "You Can Do Hard Things" this week with my friend Kevin Hoist as he shares his journey with us about training for an Ironman Race. What is an Ironman? It is a race which consists of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and 26.2 mile run. This is no small feat! Kevin had never trained for one before and I was so intrigued to hear about his whole process down to how he trained his mind for such a grueling event! We all have things we feel are absolutley possible to accomplish, but Kevin helps give us some language on how to pursue these seemingly impossible goals. God often places dreams inside of us that are far too big to accomplish in our own strength, and we've been given tools to pursue the things He wants us to pursue! I pray this episode is encouraging and helpful to you!
