Connecticut Today: What's Going On With The Police?

On his final day of hosting Connecticut Today in this go around, Joe Aguiar broke out the heavy artilery. Steve Austin of the Hartford Police Department joined Joe to talk about police recruitment, as well as the issues facing cops and his thoughts on some of the recent controversies seen with police officers nationwide (33:37).
