AudioMo 2023 Day 6 Ham & Jam

At 00:16 on the morning of June 6th 1944, as their Horsa Gliders crashed within yards of their target, the men of 'D' Company, 2nd (Airborne) Battalion, The Ox and Bucks, became the first allied forces to land in France and so to start the liberation of Western Europe.
This AudioMo will explain why I am so interested in those brave 181 men and one especially.
I originally created this for AudioMo back in 2014 and i will upload it each and every year I take part in AudioMo, because it’s as valid now, as it was back in 2014 ... as it was in 1944.
