Matt Barden and Murph get kicked out of Hooters while investigating a Haitian drug gang before investigating the curious case of the crook, the cartel, and six hundred pounds of concrete.
Carolina, where he crossed paths with Murph. In addition to getting kicked out of Hooters (you have to try really hard to do that), Matt eventually joined the DEA. He worked a lot of cases, maybe none more interesting than a body in the desert entombed in a horse trough with 600 pounds of concrete.
