He Said She Fell in the Shower, yet Her Body Was Dry!? The Case of Shanti Cooper

In April 2018, David Tronnes called 911, yelling and crying that he had just found his wife Shanti dead in their bathtub. He said she must have slipped and fallen while he was out of the house that morning. However, Shanti was dry, as was the tub, and none of David’s story was adding up. Medical examiners were able to very obviously see that Shanti had injuries consistent with strangulation and blunt force trauma–not from falling.
